• Or - research and 2 days of accompanied visits of pre-selected housing (5 to 7 per day)
• Rental of a chauffeur-driven car for housing visits
• Negotiation, signing of rental contract and check-in inspection
• Presentation of schools, advice, visits and enrolment
• Opening a bank account, organize housing and contents insurance
• Utility connections (telephone, internet, water, gas, electricity)
• Advice and organization of language tuition and intercultural training
• Welcome file (brochures, maps, addresses and useful contracts, ...)
• VIP accompaniment for a period of 3 months after arrival, availability of a consultant to be present to assist with purchasing, installation, organization of cleaning, presence during the intervention of workman or technicians, day-to-day advice and provide useful contacts.
